ไม่รับงานเร่งในทุกกรณี

ราคาที่กำหนดไว้เป็นราคารวมสำหรับการใช้เชิงพาณิชย์เรียบร้อยแล้ว โดยราคาที่ระบุเป็นเพียงราคาเริ่มต้น ซึ่งจะมีการบวกเพิ่มตามรายละเอียดของผลงาน อ้างอิงจากบรีฟและreference ของงานเป็นหลัก

ในกรณีคอมมิชชั่นฉากสำหรับวีทูปเบอร์ กรุณาแนบรายละเอียดของวีทูปเบอร์มาด้วย(เช่น คาร์ชีท/อุปนิสัย/ธีมสีที่ต้องการ)

แต่ละงานจะใช้เวลาในการทำ ขั้นต่ำประมาณ 1เดือน ขึ้นอยู่กับรายละเอียดของาน

ในการจ้างงาน ผู้ว่าจ้างจะต้องทำการจ่ายเงินมัดจำ 50%ของราคางาน หลังตกลงบรีฟเรียบร้อย (ในกรณีที่ทางนักวาดเป็นฝ่ายขอยกเลิกงานเอง จะทำการคืนเงินมัดจำให้)

ในกรณียกเลิกการว่าจ้าง หากผู้ว่าจ้างมี้เหตุจำเป็นในการขอยกเลิกงาน กรุณาแจ้งภายในขั้นตอนการส่งสเก็ชงานครั้งที่1 และจะไม่มีการคืนเงินมัดจำให้ (ในการยกเลิกงาน ทางนักวาดจะไม่อนุญาตให้ลูกค้านำสเก็ชงานทั้งหมดไปใช้ในทุกๆกรณี)

จะมีการอัพเดทงานในแต่ละขั้นตอนให้ดูเป็นระยะผ่านช่องทางการติดต่อ ความถี่ตามแต่การตกลงกับผู้ว่าจ้าง

ใน1ชิ้นงานสามารถแแก้ไขได้ฟรี3ครั้ง หากมีการแก้ไขมากกว่า3ครั้ง จะบวกเพิ่มครั้งล่ะ 100บาท

เมื่อชิ้นงานเสร็จสิ้นและผู้ว่าจ้างตกลงกับชิ้นงานแล้ว สามารถโอนเงิน 50%ที่เหลือของราคางาน และรับไฟล์งานได้หลังจากการโอนเงินเรียบร้อย

ไฟล์งานจะส่งผ่าน google drive โดยทางเราจะเก็บไฟล์ไว้ให้เป็นเวลา1เดือน หากต้องการให้เก็บไฟล์ไว้นานกว่า1เดือน กรุณาแจ้งล่วงหน้า

สามารถผ่อนจ่ายได้ โดยรายละเอียดจะทำการตกลงกับผู้ว่าจ้างในขั้นตอนการบรีฟ

จะไม่รับการแก้ไขงานเพิ่มเติม หลังส่งไฟล์งานสมบูรณ์ให้ลูกค้าแล้ว

ไม่อนุญาติให้นำผลงานไปขายเป็นnft หรือใช้ในการเทรนAI

ไม่อนุญาติให้ผู้ว่าจ้างแอบอ้างว่าเป็นผู้ผลิตผลงานเอง

The price is only the starting price, it will be charged due to details and the difficulty of the work.

in case you want background illustration for the vtuber please tell me about the vtuber’s detail (ex. character sheet/personality/color theme)

The work process time will be at least 1 month due to details and the difficulty of the work

The client must pay a deposit of 50% of the total price before starting work. (In case I can't continue your work, I'll pay back your deposit)

If there is a necessity to cancel. Please notify within the 1st sketching process and the artist will not refund the deposit.(Customers are not allowed to use all of the sketch In case of work cancellation)

I’ll update you about the working process on your contact. The frequency will depend on the client's wants

You can revise 3 times, more revisions will be charged 5usd.

When the client confirms the work, pay 50% or the remaining amount to receive the work file.

==The File will be sent via Google Drive and I’ll keep it for 1 month. ==Please let me know if you want me to keep a file for more than 1 month

After submitting the work file. I will not accept additional edits to the work.

I do not allow reselling my work as an NFT art and AI training

The client cannot pretend to be the creator of the work.
